
Loudoun United FC goalkeeper Luis Zamudio and forward Kristian Fletcher named to USL Championship Team of the Week Bench for Week 22, the league announced today.
Zamudio was a part of a dominant shutout effort against LA Galaxy II, recording two saves including a game-tying attempt just three minutes after the Red-and-White took the lead. With his clean sheet, Zamudio now has five clean sheets on the season, setting a single season record for Loudoun United FC.
Fletcher scored his first professional brace and created one chance in 92 minutes played. The U19 U.S. international now has three goals in 10 appearances.
LUFC is on the road this week, heading to San Antonio on Wednesday for a midweek matchup. Kickoff is set for 9:00 p.m. EST, with the match broadcast on ESPN+.
