Thoughts from the Club
Ryan Martin on tonight’s result against Tampa Bay:
“I was proud of the guys for really pushing the tempo and finding those two late goals. We still need to learn from this draw and stop giving up late goals, but our mentality has been strong as we make this push for the playoffs. There is a lot of belief in our group, and we believe the best is yet to come.”
Drew Skundrich on splitting the points at home:
“We created some good chances in the first half, so it was unfortunate not to get an early goal. Obviously, we’re proud of our guys for finding those two late goals, but letting up that equalizer really hurt. We’ve just got to learn from these mistakes as we now turn our attention to Birmingham next weekend.”
