ALCOHOL POLICY

Segra Field is licensed to sell beer and wine at the venue. We partnered with local breweries and wineries to bring a taste of Loudoun County to Segra Field. Guests will be asked to provide government issued ID for proof of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. There is a two-limit purchase for beverages, per person.

During Loudoun United FC matches, all alcohol sales will stop in the 75th minute of the match. Guests may not leave the stadium with alcohol. All drinks should be consumed or thrown out within the stadium.

Non-Loudoun United FC matches – Policies may change depending upon event that is taking place.

ANIMALS

Service animals or service animals in-training, for guests with disabilities, are welcome at Segra Field. All other animals are prohibited.

BAG POLICY

Bags that are 14” x 6” x 14” or smaller are allowed into the stadium. If your bag exceeds these dimensions, you will be asked to take your bag back to your vehicle before entering the stadium.  

Diaper bags are allowed as exceptions to the bag policy. All such bags will be inspected at the gate prior to entry.

Backpacks or luggage of any size will not be allowed. Clinch bags that fit the size restriction will be allowed.  

Guests with medical conditions will be granted exceptions on a case-by-case basis. We encourage those guests to contact us at least 48 hours prior to attending an event at info@loudoununitedfc.com.

BANNERS  

Small banners, flags and signs are generally allowed within Segra Field. Banners, flags, signs larger than 3’ by 5’ must be pre-approved by Segra Field/Loudoun United FC staff. Larger versions may be denied entry. All banners entering Segra Field are subject to inspection. 

All flags, banners, and signs most follow these guidelines: 

• Must be related to the event 
• May not be attached to a stick/pole 
• May not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building using any item that cannot be completely removed without damaging stadium property.
• Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by Segra Field management. 
• Item may not obstruct the view of other guests or any stadium advertising signage or be affixed to the stadium in any manner. 

CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT

Personal cameras without bag will be permitted.

CONCESSIONS AND FOOD SERVICES

There are concession stands throughout the stadium on the concourse. We offer a variety of options for all guest to enjoy.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION

In the event of inclement weather at Segra Field that causes a delay in the match, fans will be directed to seek immediate shelter.  

• Fans in the general seating bowl of Segra Field will be directed to return to their vehicles. 
• Fans in the suite area of Segra Field will be directed to head into the suite area of the stadium. 
• In the event of a tornado, all fans must seek immediate shelter. 

ENTRANCES

For the safety of all fans entering Segra Field, guests will be checked with a handheld metal detector. Guests with bags will have their bags searched, provided they adhere to the bag policy. Guests declining to be searched will be denied access to the stadium. 

Fans are not required to remove: 

• Coats and jackets 
• Shoes 
• Watches 
• Rings 
• Belts 
• Wallets 

Segra Field has three main entrances for events: 

• East Gate: Located on the northeast corner  
• West Gate: Located on the northwest corner  
• Main Gate: Located on the north side on Loudoun United Drive

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

Loudoun United FC and the United Soccer League are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable soccer experience for all guests in and around our stadiums.

USL fans have a right to expect an environment where: 

• Fans are encouraged to cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons, referees, opposing team fans and players. 
• Fans enjoy the soccer experience free from fighting, thrown objects, attempts to enter the playing field, political or inciting messages, and disorderly behavior, including foul, sexist, racial, obscene or abusive language or gestures. 

• Fans comply with requests from stadium staff regarding stadium policies and emergency response procedures. 
• Fans promptly and carefully return the ball to a stadium staff member or the ball kid on the sidelines in the event that a soccer ball enters the stands. 
• Alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner and only by those of legal age. 
• Fans conduct themselves in a lawful manner to avoid incidents in the stadium and in the parking lots. 
• Fans refrain from conduct that endangers another person. 

• Fans are to refrain from wearing obscene or indecent clothing into the stadium. 
• Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and tobacco products are prohibited at Segra Field. 
• All bags are subject to search by security personnel. 
• Fans are to follow the Segra Field Prohibited Items and Bag Policies.  
• Fans are not to bring and display offensive signs, banners or flags. They will be confiscated and will result in ejection. 

The listed behaviors are prohibited based on safety. Violations will be subject to sanctions. 

FIRST AID

Located in the Ticket Office by the Main Gate entrance.

FIELD TRESPASSING

Any fan attempting to trespass on to the field of play will be subject to ejection and arrest.

Game times will vary dependent on team or event taking place at Segra Field. Please follow us on social media to get the most up to date information on all games and events.

GATE OPENINGS

Gates will open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled kickoff. Please check the website and our social media pages to keep up with any changes that may occur prior to kickoff.

Official Loudoun United FC merchandise will be sold inside the Segra Field Main Gate entrance.

PARKING

Parking is free and available directly surrounding Segra Field.

The following items will not be permitted into Segra Field: 

• Aerosol cans 
• Animals (except services animals) 
• Artificial noisemakers, including whistles or air horns of any kind 
• Backpacks or luggage of any size will not be allowed (“cinch bags” that fit the size restriction will be allowed). 
• Bags larger than 14” by 14” by 6” will not be allowed into Segra Field. 
• Balloons (other than those provided by LUFC)
• Drones 
• Frisbees 
• Hard-sided coolers or containers of any size 
• Illegal substances, drugs, or chemicals of any kind 
• Inflated balls of any kind 
• Laser pointers 
• Metal, plastic, glass, or aluminum containers of any kind 
• Outside food and beverage  
• Poles of any kind (metal, plastic, or wooden)
• Professional cameras and equipment, including lenses in excess of eight (8) inches, tripods, and monopods

RE-ENTRY POLICY

Guests who leave the stadium will not be permitted to re-enter the stadium once they leave.

SECURITY

For the safety and security of our guests, we ask everyone to adhere to the following policies: 

• All persons entering the stadium are searched for prohibited items. This includes a thorough inspection of all jackets, coats, packages, bags and any other containers brought to any of the stadium entry gates. 
• Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. 
• Guests should retain tickets in order to show them each time that they enter their assigned seating section. 
• Guests should sit only in their assigned seat to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Offenders will be escorted from the stadium. 
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Segra Field  
• Outside food and beverage is prohibited. 

SMOKING

Segra Field is a non-smoking stadium, this includes the use of e-cigarettes, vapes and juuls.

TAILGATING

Segra Field does not allow tailgating prior to events.

Fans can access the Loudoun United Account Manager portal by visiting: https://seatgeek.com/loudoununitedfc/login

Once you log in using your email address and password (please click on ‘forgot password’ to set or reset your password), you will be able to click on each individual match. 

We highly recommend that you save your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Play on your smart phone in advance of arriving at the gates so that you don’t have to go through the process of login in and finding your tickets as you walk up to the stadium.

TICKET POLICY FOR CHILDREN

Children 2 years old and younger do not require admission provided they sit on a ticketed fan’s lap and do not take up a seat. If your child requires a seat you will need to purchase a seat regardless of age.

WEATHER POLICY

We closely monitor the weather for all matches. All matches will attempt to be played through inclement weather.
Any decisions to cancel or postpone a match will be announced through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and an email blast to all attendees. 

In the event that the match does not reach the 70th minute, fans may exchange their paid ticket(s) for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any regular season home match during the current season, subject to availability and excluding special events dates.

If there is a lightning strike within eight miles of Segra Field, the match will be delayed for a minimum of 30 minutes. In that case, Segra Field will direct fans to take certain precautions for their safety. Fans will be directed to check LUFC social media pages for updates regarding the match if evacuated.
