Loudoun United come off a 1-0 win over New York Red Bulls II. Abdellatif Aboukoura scored the game winner and his second goal of the season. Goalkeeper Luis Zamudio recorded three saves and a clean sheet. Zamudio now holds Loudoun United’s single-season record for most clean sheets. Three D.C. United academy players were featured in Wednesday’s match including 15-year-old Gavin Turner who made his professional debut against the Red Bulls. Rio Hope-Gund will be available for selection after serving his one-match suspension this past Wednesday.
