PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

All media who have been issued credentials or who are granted access to the team are expected to follow the guidelines set forth in this document, as well as the instructions of the Loudoun United sta , stadium employees and security, or risk limitation of access or revocation of credentials. Media access is granted to make players and sta available for interviews for written, audio and visual accounts of the team, as appropriate. No member of the media should use this access for autographs, personal photographs, or commercial requests. Doing so will automatically result in the permanent revocation of credentials to cover Loudoun United FC. Those granted media access must always abide by the conditions in this policy.

PLAYER AND STAFF INTERVIEWS

All interviews for Loudoun United players, coaches, executives, and sta MUST be coordinated through the Communications Department. Contacting players directly – including through social media platforms – could result in the revocation of credentials and future access. TRAINING SESSIONS

Loudoun United conduct media access and media availability at select training sessions. Loudoun United media availability occurs after each training session, unless otherwise noted. Training takes place at RavenTek Park and is open to media for photos or B-roll, unless otherwise noted. Media members attending Loudoun United training sessions are prohibited from reporting on specific strategies demonstrated at training, which includes specific lineup changes, formations or set pieces.

LOUDOUN UNITED FC MEDIA DISTRIBUTION LISTS

Requests to be added to United’s media distribution lists should be emailed to mpot@loudoununnitedfc.com.

MATCH DAY ARRIVAL AND EXIT

Media members with approved credentials will be able to pick up credentials at the Box Office on match day with a valid ID beginning 90 minutes before the match starts and enter the stadium through the West Gate (facing Crosstrail Road). Returning media members with credentials may enter through the West Gate (facing Crosstrail Road) beginning 90 minutes before matches begin. Once credentialed and inside the stadium, media members can enter the hospitality suite (large white tent) and find the designated media area at the far-left side of the room (behind the black pipe and drape). Please sign-in at the media check-in table upon arrival. The designated media area is the only space in the hospitality suite which media members are permitted. Each photographer/videographer will have a designated workplace for the match. Tables, food, and drinks located throughout the rest of the hospitality area are reserved for paying suite ticket holders.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY LOCATIONS

Loudoun United will have field level photographer/videographer locations. The designated locations will be behind the field boards. Due to fan attendance, photographers/videographers must stay within the designated zones. Photographers and videographers are not allowed to be on the field at any point before, during or after the match unless cleared by the communications team. Photographers/videographers are not permitted to walk in front of home or away benches at any point.

POST-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE

Following the match, the Loudoun United Communications Team will escort media to the interview location at Segra Field to do an in-person post-game press conference with Loudoun United FC Head Coach and select players.

GAME NOTES / STATISTICS

Game notes and statistics are available in the media workroom.

ROAD CREDENTIALS

Media members traveling to road games should submit requests for credentials, parking and/or seats in the press box to the United Communications team no later than five (5) business days prior to the road game.
