Leesburg, VA (January 16, 2023) – Loudoun United FC has announced today a multi-year partnership with SeatGeek to become the club’s official primary ticketing partner. SeatGeek will enhance the fan experience beginning with the 2024 campaign.
“SeatGeek has a fan-friendly platform that will allow easy access to all Segra Field events,” said Doug Raftery, Loudoun United FC Executive Business Officer. “Fans should expect an upgraded experience with effortless ticket access, less fees, and amazing service.”
SeatGeek, a Preferred Ticketing Partner of the United Soccer League (USL), goes above and beyond the typical game-day experience. It was the first ticketing platform to launch fan-centric features like Deal Score, which helps fans find the best deal for an event from thousands of ticket listings. SeatGeek also made Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list three times for its innovative technology, including Rally, which turns a ticket into a personal concierge, helping fans find match day driving directions, book a rideshare, purchase merchandise and more.
Segra Field, which hosted more than 35 special events in 2023, will turn to SeatGeek to host its tickets for all events, including concerts, movie nights, and more. Loudoun United FC, which has had the largest percentage attendance increase in the USL Championship in back-to-back seasons, will have all 17 of their USL Championship home matches ticketed through SeatGeek.
Continuing to make a name for itself in the global soccer community, SeatGeek also powers ticketing for eight Major League Soccer clubs, and nearly half of the English Premier League’s clubs, including Manchester City FC, Liverpool FC, and Newcastle United FC. In addition, twelve United Soccer League (USL) clubs have pre-existing partnerships with SeatGeek.
