ElMedkhar and Ryan Earn USL Championship Team of the Week Honors in Week 2
Loudoun United’s power duo Zach Ryan and Kalil ElMedkhar earned their spots on the USL Championship Team of the Week with their efforts in week two’s match against NCFC.
ElMedkhar scored his first goal of the season in the 23rd minute with an assist by Kwame Awuah.
Ryan secured his first home goal of 2024 in the 61st minute with an assist by ElMedkhar. Ryan also had an assist on Abdellatif Aboukoura’s goal in the 85th minute.
The Red-and-White hit the road to face Detroit FC at Keyworth Stadium on Saturday, March 23 at 4:00 p.m. ET.
