Loudoun United FC have announced open tryouts, sponsored by OrthoVirginia, for their inaugural season in the 2019 United Soccer League (USL) Championship. The tryouts will take place on Feb. 9 and Feb. 10 at Loudoun Soccer Park and Evergreen Sportsplex, respectively.
“There is an abundance of soccer talent in region that we hope to identify and bring into the Loudoun United setup,” Richie Williams, Loudoun United FC Head Coach, said. “We want to continue building our roster and an open tryout will give us the opportunity to integrate with the community and hopefully find a hidden gem in Loudoun United’s backyard.”
Loudoun United FC’s inaugural roster will include a diverse group of talent consisting of players from D.C. United, academy players, top college talent and additional full-time signings.
