



Leesburg, VA (April 28, 2026) — Loudoun United FC has signed defenders Lizzie Rubino and Aranda Hurge, forward Brooke Oswald, and goalkeeper Allana Baxter to its USL W Team for the 2026 season, pending league and federation approval.
Rubino joins Loudoun United following her sophomore season at William & Mary, where she developed into a versatile defensive option capable of contributing in both midfield and along the back line. During the 2025 season, Rubino appeared in 17 matches and made two starts. As a freshman in 2024, she made two appearances off the bench and debuted against Temple. Rubino tarred at stone Bridge High School, where she was a four-year letterwinner and earned All-District and All-region honors, including First Team recognition in 2023. Her experience at both the club and collegiate levels, combined with her positional flexibility, makes her a strong addition to the squad.

Hurge joins Loudoun United following a standout collegiate career at the University of Arizona, where she has been a consistent presence along the back line. During the 2025 season, Hurge appeared in 15 matches with 14 starts, logging over 1,100 minutes and playing the full 90 minutes in nine matches. Developing through Bethesda Soccer Club’s ECNL program, Hurge earned First Team All-Conference honors and served as captain at the high school level. Her experience and leadership bring stability to the Loudoun defense.

Bringing her back to the DMV is a huge win for our club. She is a powerhouse defender who pairs tactical discipline with the high-level intensity she’s honed at the University of Arizona.”

Oswald joins Loudoun United following her sophomore season at William & Mary, where she continues to develop as an attacking presence in the final third. During the 2025 season, Oswald appeared in 18 matches and made six starts, recording one goal and one assist for three points. Oswald enjoyed a decorated high school career at Dominion High School, where she was a five-year letterwinner and one of the most prolific goal scorers in program history. She earned Second Team All-State honors in 2023 while also being named District Co-Player of the Year and earning First Team All-District, All-Region, All-County and All-Met recognition. Oswald was also named First Team All-State in 2022 and helped lead Dominion to a VHSL 4A State Championship in 2021. She set the program’s single-season goal record with 28 goals as a sophomore before breaking her own mark with 33 goals in 2023. At the club level, Oswald competed with Virginia Union and DMVFC in the ECNL, earning multiple all-conference honors and helping lead her team to three USYS Virginia State Cup titles. She was named the 2023 Virginia State Cup Best Offensive Player and was also a member of the Virginia ODP State Team.

Baxter arrives as one of the top young goalkeeping prospects in the region. The Washington State commit has gained recognition through her performances in the Girls Academy and on the national ID circuit. She has earned multiple Mid-Atlantic GA ID selections and was invited to several NY/NJ Gotham FC talent identification events, where she was named the top goalkeeper in her class. Baxter has trained and competed with Gotham FC’s development environments and has consistently performed against elite competition. Her experience at high-level showcases and development programs positions her as an exciting young goalkeeper with significant upside.
“Allana Baxter is a very talented young goalkeeper,” said Loudoun United USL W Head Coach Christian Cziommer. “It’s not often you find a goalkeeper with her level of instinct and maturity. She has a remarkably bright future ahead of her, and we’re thrilled to provide her the platform to showcase those skills in the USL W League.”
