Loudoun United are 2-1-0 in their last three matches; all of which were played within the span of 6 days. Loudoun United kicked off the trio of games with a 2-0 win over Oakland Roots SC. Zach Ryan and Panos Armenakas found their way onto the scoresheet to give Loudoun the win.
Armenakas and Houssou Landry earned USL Championship Team of the Week honors following their performance in the match. Armenakas recorded his first goal of the season, notching two shots and two chances created. Landry continues to be a powerhouse in the midfield this season, completing 42 of 57 passes and winning 9 of 11 total duels and 5 of 5 tackles.
In Loudoun’s midweek Open Cup matchup, United defeated Flower City Union 5-0. United claimed their third clean sheet in the row and saw four different players on the scoresheet. Tommy Williamson scored his first brace for Loudoun United FC. Zach Ryan added to his goal tally, scoring a goal in the first half. Ryan has recorded at least one goal in every match he has appeared in this season for LUFC. In addition, Abdoul Zanne and Kalil ElMedkhar recorded a goal apiece.
With a quick turnaround, the Red-and-White traveled to Arizona to face Phoenix Rising FC in an interconference matchup. Phoenix defeated the visitors 3-1 at home to hand Loudoun their third loss of the season.

Indy Eleven look to find just their second win of the season on Saturday. Indy are winless in their last five league matches (0-3-2). Their last outing ended in a 1-1 draw to Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC at Michael A. Carroll Stadium. Midfielder Jack Blake found the equalizer in the 81st minute for the home-side.
In a midweek Open Cup match, Indy Eleven fell to Columbus Crew 0-1 at Lower.com Field. The Crew broke the scoreless tie in the 83rd minute as Mohamed Farsi found the game winner.
Indy have five players with one goal this season and have kept two clean sheets through Yannik Oettl.

This will be United’s sixth matchup against Indy Eleven. Indy edge out Loudoun with a head-to-head record of 3-2-0. The last time Indy visited Segra Field, the Red-and-White defeated the visitors 1-0 in the 2022 USL season opener.
