
Leesburg, VA (May 4, 2026) — Loudoun United FC has signed goalkeeper Rylie Hurst, forward Kasey Maida, defender Jade Perkins, and midfielder Isla Pierson to its USL W Team for the 2026 season, pending league and federation approval.
Hurst joins Loudoun United as one of the top young goalkeeping prospects in the region. Hurst competes for St. Paul VI Catholic High School and Virginia Development Academy ECNL and is committed to the University of Washington. She has been recognized nationally as a three-star prospect by TopDrawerSoccer and ranked as the No. 119 overall player and No. 7 goalkeeper in the country. Hurst has also been part of the U.S. Youth National Team ID Pool, earned IMG Top 150 national recognition, and helped lead Virginia Development Academy to the ECNL Final Four in 2024-25. A multi-year team captain and 2023 Keeper Wars National Finalist, Hurst brings strong leadership, shot-stopping ability, and high-level youth experience to Loudoun’s goalkeeping group.

Maida joins Loudoun United from George Mason University after developing at Robinson High School, where she competed as a forward for the girls varsity soccer program. Maida brings attacking depth and local talent to Loudoun’s USL W roster. Known for her ability to contribute in the final third, Maida adds another young attacking option to the group as Loudoun continues to build a roster rooted in regional development and high-level competition.

Perkins joins Loudoun United following her freshman season at Richard Bland College. A Springfield, Virginia native, Perkins appeared in nine matches with eight starts, recording seven goals and two assists for 16 points. She also tallied 19 shots, converted her lone penalty kick attempt, and registered one game-winning goal. While listed as a defender for Loudoun United, Perkins’ production at Richard Bland highlights her versatility and ability to contribute on both sides of the ball. Her athleticism, attacking instincts, and competitive experience make her a valuable addition to the squad.

Pierson joins Loudoun United as a young local midfielder from Ashburn, Virginia. A member of the high school class of 2027, Pierson competes for Independence High School and Virginia Revolution SC. At the high school level, she has been a varsity starter and helped her team earn conference, sectional, and regional championships, along with a third-place finish at the state level. A midfielder who can also contribute in advanced roles, Pierson adds technical ability, local pride, and promising upside to Loudoun’s USL W roster.
“A standout talent who continues to represent the Virginia Revolution, Isla is a familiar face to local supporters,” said Loudoun United FC USL W Head Coach Christian Cziommer. “While she excels at anchoring the midfield and breaking up play, she brings a unique offensive edge that makes her a constant threat to any opponent.”
