Leesburg, VA (August 25, 2026) – Loudoun United FC is kicking off the new school year with a limited-edition Back to School Collection, created with some of our youngest supporters in mind.
Walk through any school in Loudoun County and you’ll see just how much soccer is part of everyday life here. Kids wear jerseys and club hoodies to school, talk about the teams and players they follow, and head straight from the classroom to training or a game of their own.
And for kids especially, repping a team is about more than what they’re wearing. It becomes part of their identity. There’s pride in wearing the badge of a club you care about, and even more when that badge represents the place you call home.
That’s something we want Loudoun United to become for more kids across our community.
We want young fans to grow up seeing Loudoun United not just as a team that plays nearby, but as their hometown club. A team they watch with their families, whose players they know and look up to, and whose crest they’re proud to wear to school alongside the jerseys of some of the biggest clubs in the world.
That idea is at the heart of the Back to School Collection.
Throughout the season, we see more and more young fans making Loudoun United their own. They’re in the stands with their families, meeting players after matches, spending time in the Kids Zone and taking part in activities on the field. The collection is another way to carry that connection beyond matchday and into the places they spend their time every day.
The new youth pieces are designed for school, soccer practice, weekends with friends and, of course, matchdays at Segra Field. The collection also includes new adult lifestyle apparel, giving parents and older supporters more ways to represent their hometown club alongside the youngest Loudoun fans.
From the Sheetz Kids Club and Kids Zone to youth-focused matchdays and opportunities to meet the players, we want Loudoun United to feel more and more a part of the community around us. And we hope seeing our crest in classrooms, on soccer fields and around neighborhoods across Loudoun becomes a bigger part of that.
