| Bio | Boluwatife Akinyode joins the Red-and-White after mutually parting ways with Miami FC on September 4th. The 31-year-old center back captained the USL Championship side this season, tallying 21 appearances for Miami in regular-season play. In total across all competitions, Akinyode made 97 appearances for Miami FC from 2021-20223, with a 30-appearance season with El Paso Locomotive in the 2024 season, before returning to Miami FC at the start of the 2025 campaign. Akinyode brings a great amount of USL Championship experience with him to Loudoun United, with a total of 266 USL Championship regular-season appearances. Tubbs played in one USL Jägermeister Cup match against Lexington SC; Loudoun United won the match 1-0. While at D.C. United this season, Tubbs tallied eight matches played (seven starts) as well as a goal for the MLS side in the U.S. Open Cup. In his 2024 season for D.C. United, Tubbs recorded 15 matches played and seven starts, tallying a total of 549 minutes played with an 88% pass completion percentage. |

| Bio | Luca Piras joins the Red-and-White following a season with Italian Serie D club AC Mestre in the fourth tier of the Italian league. Born in Mappano, Italy, Piras came up through the Juventus youth system and, in 2020, signed with the Parma U17 side, where he played for one season. He then joined Cittadella U19, where he played for three seasons, making 28 appearances and scoring four goals with two assists. In the fall of 2024, the 21-year-old defender signed with AC Mestre, making 27 appearances and recording one assist. |
